Psalms 94:9-13

He who planted the ear, does He not hear? Or He who formed the eye, does He not see?

He who disciplines the nations, will He not rebuke, He who teaches mankind knowledge?

The Lord knows human thoughts, That they are mere breath.

Blessed is the man whom You discipline, Lord, And whom You teach from Your Law,

So that You may grant him relief from the days of adversity, Until a pit is dug for the wicked.
